What insurances do you accept?

We are part of the Emory healthcare network, and accept most major commercial insurances. We also accept most Medicare plans. We do NOT accept Medicaid, but have a self pay option available to those patients. Please see this list for more details.

What should I know before my appointment?

If you are a new patient, you will be getting a text with a check-in link when that appointment is created. This text will be sent again 2 weeks, 2 days, and 2 hours before your appointment. Please complete this check in once before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the online check in, please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time to do the paperwork.

How do I contact my Provider?

Each established patient will be set up with a portal - all communication goes directly to the Provider or their Medical Assistant. If you leave us a voicemail, we will create a communication on your behalf in the portal which can delay responses. Expect up to 3 business days for all responses. Prior Authorizations can take up to 7 business days. Please do not reach back out in the meantime as we receive a lot of requests and this takes up more time to address.
